Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a generator-equipped wheel bearing device, the cost of which can be reduced due to a simplified structure, and which enables prevention of both grease outflow from bearings and intrusion of water and the like into bearings, and reduced rotational torque in wheel bearings. This generator-equipped wheel bearing device (1) is provided with a wheel bearing (2) and a generator (3). The generator (3) is a generator (3) having a stator (18) attached to a retaining ring (4) and a motor rotor (19) attached to a split ring (3), and is of an outer rotor type wherein the stator (18) is positioned on the outside periphery of the wheel bearing and the motor rotor (19) is positioned radially outside of the stator (18). This generator-equipped wheel bearing device (1) is provided with a sealing means (26) for sealing the inside of the wheel bearing (2). The sealing means (26) has: a generator-sealing member (27) for sealing an inboard-side end between the inside perimeter of a motor case (15) covering the motor rotor (19) and the outside periphery of the wheel bearing (2); and an inner-side sealing member (28) for sealing an inboard-side end between the inner and outer rings.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de roulement de roue équipé d'un générateur, dont le coût peut être réduit en raison d'une structure simplifiée et qui permet de prévenir à la fois la sortie de graisse des roulements et l'intrusion d'eau et analogues dans des roulements et un couple de rotation réduit dans des roulements de roue. Le dispositif de palier de roue équipé d'un générateur (1) selon l'invention est pourvu d'un roulement de roue (2) et d'un générateur (3). Le générateur (3) est un générateur (3) ayant un stator (18) fixé à un anneau de retenue (4) et un rotor de moteur (19) fixé à un anneau fendu (3) et est du type à rotor extérieur, le stator (18) étant positionné sur la périphérie extérieure du roulement de roue et le rotor de moteur (19) étant positionné radialement à l'extérieur du stator (18). Le dispositif de palier de roue équipé d'un générateur (1) selon l'invention est pourvu d'un moyen d'étanchéité (26) pour sceller l'intérieur du roulement de roue (2). Le moyen d'étanchéité (26) comprend : un élément d'étanchéité de générateur (27) pour sceller une extrémité côté embarqué entre le périmètre intérieur d'un carter de moteur (15) recouvrant le rotor de moteur (19) et la périphérie extérieure du roulement de roue (2) ; et un élément d'étanchéité côté intérieur (28) pour sceller une extrémité côté embarqué entre les anneaux interne et externe.
(JA) 構造を簡素化してコスト低減を図り、軸受内のグリースが流出することを防止すると共に軸受内に水等が浸入することを防止し、さらに車輪用軸受の回転トルクを低減することができる発電機付き車輪用軸受装置を提供する。この発電機付き車輪用軸受装置(1)は、車輪用軸受(2)と発電機(3)とを備える。発電機(3)は、固定輪(4)に取付けられたステータ(18)、および回転輪(3)に取付けられたモータロータ(19)を有する発電機(3)であって、ステータ(18)が車輪用軸受の外周に位置し、モータロータ(19)がステータ(18)の半径方向外方に位置するアウターロータ型である。この発電機付き車輪用軸受装置(1)は、車輪用軸受(2)内を封止する封止手段(26)を備える。封止手段(26)は、モータロータ(19)を覆うモータケース(15)の内周と、車輪用軸受(2)の外周との間のインボード側端を密封する発電機用シール部材(27)、および内外輪間のインボード側端を密封するインナー側シール部材(28)を有する。
