Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing colored glass for pharmaceutical containers, wherein the method facilitates control of the transmittance of the resulting glass so as to satisfy the requirements of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia. The method for producing colored glass for pharmaceutical containers according to the present invention has a step for preparing a glass batch, a step for melting the glass batch to provide a glass melt, and a step for molding the glass melt to provide a molded glass, the method for producing colored glass for pharmaceutical containers being characterized by adding a reducing agent to the glass batch and preparing a glass batch so as to provide glass that contains, as the glass composition in mass%, 65%-75% SiO2, 0%-20% B2O3, 1%-10% Al2O3, 1%-10% R2O (wherein R is at least one of Li, Na, and K), 1%-5% R'O (wherein R' is at least one of Ca and Ba), 0.01%-5% Fe2O3, and 0.01%-5% TiO2 and satisfies the relation 1.00 ≤ [Fe2O3 (Fe2O3 content)] × [TiO2 (TiO2 content)] < 6.00.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de verre coloré pour récipients pharmaceutiques, le procédé facilitant la régulation de la transmittance du verre obtenu de façon à satisfaire aux exigences de la pharmacopée japonaise. Le procédé de production de verre coloré pour récipients pharmaceutiques selon la présente invention comprend une étape de préparation d'un mélange vitrifiable, une étape de fusion du mélange vitrifiable destinée à obtenir une masse vitreuse en fusion, et une étape de moulage de la masse vitreuse en fusion destinée à obtenir un verre moulé, le procédé de production de verre coloré pour récipients pharmaceutiques étant caractérisé par l'ajout d'un agent réducteur au mélange vitrifiable et par la préparation d'un mélange vitrifiable de façon à produire du verre qui contient, en tant que composition de verre en % en masse, 65 % à 75 % de SiO2, 0 % à 20 % de B2O3, 1 % à 10 % d'Al2O3, 1 % à 10 % de R2O (R étant au le Li, le Na et/ou le K), 1 % à 5 % de R'O (R' étant le Ca et/ou le Ba), 0,01 % à 5 % de Fe2O3, et 0,01 % à 5 % de TiO2 et qui satisfait la relation 1,00 ≤ [Fe2O3 (teneur en Fe2O3] × [TiO2 (teneur en TiO2)] < 6,00.
(JA) 得られるガラスの透過率を日本薬局方の規格を満たすように制御しやすい医薬容器用着色ガラスの製造方法に関する。 本発明の医薬容器用着色ガラスの製造方法は、ガラスバッチを調合する工程と、前記ガラスバッチを溶融してガラス融液とする工程と、前記ガラス融液を成形し、成形ガラスを得る工程とを有する医薬容器用着色ガラスの製造方法であって、ガラスバッチに還元剤を添加するとともに、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO 65~75%、B 0~20%、Al 1~10%、RO 1~10%(但し、Rは、Li、Na及びKのうち、少なくとも1種以上)、R´O 1~5%(但し、R´は、Ca、Baのうち、少なくとも1種以上)、Fe 0.01~5%、TiO 0.01~5%を含有し、更に、1.00≦[Fe(Feの含有量)]×[TiO(TiOの含有量)]<6.00の関係式を満たすガラスが得られるように、ガラスバッチを調合することを特徴とする。
