Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing an adsorbent according to the present invention is characterized by including: an adsorption step of bringing a dolomite substance into contact with a solution containing a phosphorus compound dissolved therein; and a firing step of firing the dolomite substance that has come in contact with the solution. The adsorption step is preferably carried out under a condition having a pH value of 2 to 12 inclusive. The firing step is preferably carried out under a condition having a temperature of 300 to 1000°C. According to the present invention, it becomes possible to provide: an adsorbent which can remove a heavy meal with high efficiency even when a power of hydrogen ion concentration (pH) is high; a method for producing an adsorbent, whereby it becomes possible to produce the aforementioned adsorbent; and a treatment method, whereby it becomes possible to remove a heavy metal with high efficiency from a material of interest.
(FR) Le procédé de fabrication d’agent absorbant de l’invention est caractéristique en ce qu’il présente : une étape d’absorption au cours de laquelle des dolomites et une solution contenant un composé phosphore à l’état dissous ; et une étape de cuisson au cours de laquelle lesdites dolomites ainsi mises en contact avec ladite solution sont cuites. De préférence, ladite étape d’absorption est effectuée sous des conditions de pH supérieur ou égal à 2 et inférieur ou égal à 12. En outre, de préférence ladite étape de cuisson est effectuée sous des conditions de températures supérieures ou égales à 300°C et inférieures ou égales à 1000°C. Plus précisément, l’invention permet de fournir un agent absorbant permettant de retirer de manière efficace un métal lourd, y compris dans des conditions d'indice d'ions hydrogène (pH) important, un procédé de fabrication d’agent absorbant permettant de fabriquer cet agent absorbant, et un procédé de traitement permettant de retirer de manière efficace un métal lourd d’un objet à traiter.
(JA) 本発明の吸着剤の製造方法は、ドロマイト類と、溶解状態のリン化合物を含む溶液とを接触させる吸着工程と、前記溶液と接触させた前記ドロマイト類を焼成する焼成工程とを有することを特徴とする。前記吸着工程は、pHが2以上12以下の条件で行うことが好ましい。また、前記焼成工程は、300℃以上1000℃以下の条件で行うことが好ましい。本発明によれば、水素イオン指数(pH)が大きい状態であっても、重金属を効率よく除去することができる吸着剤を提供すること、当該吸着剤を製造することができる吸着剤の製造方法を提供すること、また、被処理物から重金属を効率よく除去することができる処理方法を提供することができる。
