Abstract:
(EN) This reaction treatment device 30 is provided with a reaction treatment vessel 10 in which a flow channel 12 is formed; a liquid delivery system 37; a temperature control system 32 which provides a high-temperature area and a low-temperature area in the flow channel 12; a fluorescence detector 50 which detects a sample 20 passing through a fluorescence detection area in the flow channel 12; and a CPU 36 which controls the liquid delivery system 37 on the basis of a detected signal. A target stop position X[L]0(n+1) of the sample in the low-temperature area in the (n+1)th cycle is corrected from a target stop position X[L]0(n) of the sample in the low-temperature area in the n-th cycle on the basis of stop control performed on the sample 20 in the n-th cycle.
(FR) Selon l'invention, ce dispositif 30 de traitement de réaction est pourvu d'un récipient 10 de traitement de réaction dans lequel un canal d'écoulement 12 est formé; d'un système 37 de distribution de liquide; d'un système 32 de régulation de température qui utilise une zone à haute température et une zone à basse température dans le canal d'écoulement 12; d'un détecteur 50 de fluorescence qui détecte un échantillon 20 passant à travers une zone de détection de fluorescence dans le canal d'écoulement 12; et d'une unité centrale de traitement 36 qui commande le système 37 de distribution de liquide sur la base d'un signal détecté. Une position d'arrêt cible X[L] 0(n+1) de l'échantillon dans la zone basse température dans le (n+1)ème cycle est corrigée à partir d'une position d'arrêt cible X[L] 0(n) de l'échantillon dans la zone à basse température dans le n-ème cycle sur la base d'une commande d'arrêt effectuée sur l'échantillon 20 dans le n-ème cycle.
