Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a rubber composition for a vulcanized rubber having excellent wear resistance, a high elongation at break, and a high strength at break; a vulcanized rubber obtained by vulcanizing the rubber composition; a rubber product; and a tire, wherein the rubber product and the tire contain the rubber composition or the vulcanized rubber. This rubber composition contains a rubber component (A), a foaming agent (B), and a polyhydric alcohol (C) having three or more hydroxyl groups in one molecule, wherein the rubber component (A) contains 30 mass% or more of natural rubber with respect to the total amount of the rubber component, and the content of the polyhydric alcohol (C) is 1-6 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component (A).
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir : une composition de caoutchouc pour un caoutchouc vulcanisé ayant une excellente résistance à l'usure, un allongement élevé à la rupture, et une résistance élevée à la rupture; un caoutchouc vulcanisé obtenu par vulcanisation de la composition de caoutchouc; un produit de caoutchouc; et un pneu, le produit de caoutchouc et le pneu contenant la composition de caoutchouc ou le caoutchouc vulcanisé. Cette composition de caoutchouc contient un composant de caoutchouc (A), un agent moussant (B) et un alcool polyhydrique (C) ayant trois groupes hydroxyle ou plus dans une molécule, le composant de caoutchouc (A) contenant 30 % en masse ou plus de caoutchouc naturel par rapport à la quantité totale du composant de caoutchouc, et la teneur en alcool polyhydrique (C) étant de 1 à 6 parties en masse par rapport à 100 parties en masse du composant de caoutchouc (A).
(JA) 本発明の目的は、耐摩耗性に優れ、破断伸び及び破断応力が高い加硫ゴムが得られるゴム組成物を提供すること。更に、前記ゴム組成物を加硫してなる加硫ゴム、前記ゴム組成物又は加硫ゴムを含有するゴム製品及びタイヤを提供することである。 本発明のゴム組成物は、ゴム成分(A)、発泡剤(B)、及び1分子中に3以上の水酸基を有する多価アルコール(C)を含有し、ゴム成分(A)が、天然ゴムを全ゴム成分の30質量%以上含有し、ゴム成分(A)100質量部に対する多価アルコール(C)の含有量が1~6質量部であることを特徴とする。
