Abstract:
(EN) An aluminum alloy tube shaped hollow material, which is fabricated by porthole extrusion, is characterized in that: the aluminum alloy tube shaped hollow material is formed from an Al-Mg based alloy that includes 0.7% by mass or more to less than 2.5% by mass Mg and greater than 0% by mass and 0.15% by mass or less Ti with the remainder being formed from Al and inevitable impurities; the work hardening exponent n value is 0.25 or greater and less than 0.43; the aluminum alloy tube shaped hollow material has an inside surface having a convex structure; and in a cross-section perpendicular to the direction of elongation of the aluminum alloy tube shaped hollow material, the area ratio of the inside surface convex structure is 1 – 30%. The present invention makes it possible to provide an aluminum alloy tube shaped hollow material of 5000 series aluminum alloy fabricated by porthole extrusion and having superior bendability.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau creux en forme de tube en alliage d'aluminium, fabriqué par filage à pont, qui est caractérisé en ce que : le matériau creux en forme de tube en alliage d'aluminium est formé à partir d'un alliage à base d'Al-Mg qui comprend 0,7 % en masse ou plus à moins de 2,5 % en masse de Mg et plus de 0 % en masse et 0,15 % en masse ou moins de Ti, le reste étant constitué d'Al et d'impuretés inévitables ; la valeur n de l'exposant de durcissement de travail est de 0,25 ou plus et inférieure à 0,43 ; le matériau creux en forme de tube en alliage d'aluminium a une surface intérieure de structure convexe ; et dans une section transversale perpendiculaire à la direction d'allongement du matériau creux en forme de tube en alliage d'aluminium, le rapport d'aire de la structure convexe de la surface intérieure est de 1 à 30 %. La présente invention permet de fournir un matériau creux en forme de tube en alliage d'aluminium des séries 5000, fabriqué par filage à pont et ayant une aptitude au pliage supérieure.
(JA) ポートホール押出により作製されたアルミニウム合金管形状中空形材であって、Mg:0.7質量%以上2.5質量%未満、及びTi:0質量%を超え0.15質量%以下を含有し、残部Al及び不可避的不純物からなるAl-Mg系合金からなり、加工硬化指数n値が0.25以上0.43未満であり、該アルミニウム合金管形状中空形材の内部に、内面凸構造を有し、該アルミニウム合金管形状中空形材の伸長方向に対して垂直な断面における該内面凸構造の面積率が1~30%であること、を特徴とするアルミニウム合金管形状中空形材。本発明によれば、ポートホール押出により作製される5000系アルミニウム合金のアルミニウム合金管形状中空形材であって、曲げ加工性に優れるアルミニウム合金管形状中空形材を提供することができる。
