Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an all-solid-state sodium ion secondary battery wherein: a collector is not easily separated from an electrode layer; and decrease in the discharge capacity and in the discharge voltage is able to be suppressed. An all-solid-state sodium ion secondary battery 1 according to the present invention is characterized by being provided with: a solid electrolyte layer 2 that is composed of a sodium ion conductive oxide; a positive electrode layer 3 that is provided on a first main surface 2a of the solid electrolyte layer 2; a negative electrode layer 4 that is provided on a second main surface 2b of the solid electrolyte layer 2; and a collector layer 5, 6 which is provided on a main surface of at least one of the positive electrode layer 3 and the negative electrode layer 4. This all-solid-state sodium ion secondary battery 1 is also characterized in that: the collector layer 5, 6 is configured from at least one metal material that is selected from the group consisting of aluminum, titanium, silver, copper, stainless steel and alloys of these metals; and the thickness of the collector layer 5, 6 is from 10 nm to 10 μm (inclusive).
(FR) L'invention concerne une batterie secondaire au sodium-ion entièrement solide dans laquelle : un collecteur n'est pas facilement séparé d'une couche d'électrode; et une diminution de la capacité de décharge et de la tension de décharge peut être supprimée. Une batterie secondaire au sodium-ion entièrement solide 1 selon la présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend: une couche d'électrolyte solide 2 qui est composée d'un oxyde conducteur d'ions sodium; une couche d'électrode positive 3 qui est disposée sur une première surface principale 2a de la couche d'électrolyte solide 2; une couche d'électrode négative 4 qui est disposée sur une seconde surface principale 2b de la couche d'électrolyte solide 2; et une couche collectrice 5, 6 qui est disposée sur une surface principale de la couche d'électrode positive 3 et/ou de la couche d'électrode négative 4. Cette batterie secondaire au sodium-ion entièrement solide 1 est également caractérisée en ce que : la couche collectrice 5, 6 est configurée à partir d'au moins un matériau métallique qui est choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'aluminium, le titane, l'argent, le cuivre, l'acier inoxydable et les alliages de ces métaux; et l'épaisseur de la couche collectrice 5, 6 est de 10 nm à 10 µm (inclus).
(JA) 電極層から集電体が剥離しにくく、放電容量や放電電圧の低下を抑制することが可能な全固体ナトリウムイオン二次電池を提供する。 本発明の全固体ナトリウムイオン二次電池1は、ナトリウムイオン伝導性酸化物からなる、固体電解質層2と、固体電解質層2の第1の主面2a上に設けられている、正極層3と、固体電解質層2の第2の主面2b上に設けられている、負極層4と、正極層3及び負極層4のうち、少なくとも一方の主面上に設けられている、集電体層5,6と、を備え、集電体層5,6が、アルミニウム、チタン、銀、銅、ステンレス鋼及びこれらの合金からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属材料により構成されており、集電体層5,6の厚みが、10nm以上、10μm以下であることを特徴としている。
