The objective of the present invention is to acquire an image having an improved SNR by reducing noise. Provided is an array coil which is provided with first and second RF coils capable of receiving a magnetic resonance signal from a subject and respectively including a first loop coil portion and a second loop coil portion from which magnetic coupling has been eliminated and each of which comprises a conductor, and an electric field generating circuit which includes a loop portion in which the end portions of at least one conductor are connected to one another, and which is magnetically coupled to the first RF coil and the second RF coil. The placement of the electric field generating circuit is adjusted in such a way that an inner product volume integral value of electric fields generated respectively in the subject by a first sub-current induced in the electric field generating circuit by the first RF coil and a second sub-current induced in the electric field generating circuit by the second RF coil has a sign and a value that cancel out an inner product volume integral value of electric fields generated in the subject by a first current flowing through the first loop coil portion and a second current flowing through the RF coil of the second loop coil portion.

L'objectif de la présente invention est d'acquérir une image ayant un rapport S/B amélioré par réduction du bruit. La présente invention concerne une antenne qui est pourvue d’une première bobine RF et d’une seconde bobine RF capables de recevoir un signal de résonance magnétique provenant d'un sujet et comprenant respectivement une première partie de bobine de boucle et une seconde partie de bobine de boucle dans lesquelles un couplage magnétique a été éliminé et dont chacune comprend un conducteur, et un circuit de génération de champ électrique qui comprend une partie de boucle dans laquelle les parties d'extrémité d'au moins un conducteur sont connectées l'une à l'autre, et qui est magnétiquement couplée à la première bobine RF et à la seconde bobine RF. Le placement du circuit de génération de champ électrique est ajusté de telle sorte qu'une valeur d’intégrale de volume de produit interne des champs électriques générés respectivement dans le sujet par un premier sous-courant induit dans le circuit de génération de champ électrique par la première bobine RF et un second sous-courant induit dans le circuit de génération de champ électrique par la seconde bobine RF a un signe et une valeur qui annulent une valeur d’intégrale de volume de produit interne des champs électriques générés dans le sujet par un premier courant circulant à travers la première partie de bobine de boucle et un second courant circulant à travers la bobine RF de la seconde partie de bobine de boucle.
