Abstract:
(EN) A surface-treated copper foil which has a silane treatment layer on the surface of a copper foil, said silane treatment layer being formed with use of a mixture containing a first silane compound and a second silane compound that is different from the first silane compound, a mixture containing two kinds of first silane compounds, or a mixture containing two kinds of second silane compounds. Each one of the first silane compounds is a silane compound that has: a reactive functional group which has at least one group selected from among amino groups and epoxy groups at an end; and a hydrolyzable group or a hydrocarbon group. Each one of the second silane compounds is a tetraalkoxy silane compound or a silane compound that has: a reactive functional group which has at least one group selected from among epoxy groups, (meth)acryl groups, thiol groups and amino groups at an end; and a hydrolyzable group or a hydrocarbon group.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une feuille de cuivre traitée en surface qui est constituée d'une couche de traitement au silane sur la surface d'une feuille de cuivre, ladite couche de traitement au silane étant formée à l'aide d'un mélange contenant un premier composé de silane et un second composé de silane qui est différent du premier composé de silane, d'un mélange contenant deux types des premiers composés de silane, ou d'un mélange contenant deux types des seconds composés de silane. Chacun des premiers composés de silane est un composé de silane qui comprend : un groupe fonctionnel réactif possédant au moins un groupe choisi parmi des groupes amino et des groupes époxy à une extrémité ; et un groupe hydrolysable ou un groupe hydrocarboné. Chacun des seconds composés de silane est un composé de tétra-alcoxy silane ou un composé de silane qui comprend : un groupe fonctionnel réactif possédant au moins un groupe choisi parmi des groupes époxy, des groupes (méth)acryle, des groupes thiol et des groupes amino à une extrémité ; et un groupe hydrolysable ou un groupe hydrocarboné.
