Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a heat seal device and a method that are capable of efficiently heat-sealing a composite structure in which a linear detachable seal is added to a belt-shaped detachable seal in the longitudinal direction. Regarding this heat seal device and method for forming a composite heat seal structure in which a linear detachable seal is added to a belt-shaped detachable seal in the longitudinal direction thereof, the heat seal device comprises: a crimping belt conveyance heating part including a pair of belts hung between rollers so as to travel, and heating bodies disposed apart from the belts; and a die roller crimping part including an elastic body roller and a linear roller having, on the circumferential surface thereof, linear projections arranged in the circumferential direction.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de thermosoudage qui sont capables de thermosouder efficacement une structure composite dans laquelle un joint amovible linéaire est ajouté à un joint amovible en forme de sangle dans la direction longitudinale. Le dispositif et le procédé de thermosoudage selon l'invention, destinés à former une structure thermosoudée composite dans laquelle un joint amovible linéaire est ajouté à un joint amovible en forme de sangle dans la direction longitudinale de celui-ci, sont caractérisés en ce que le dispositif de thermosoudage comprend : une partie chauffante de transport de sangle de sertissage comprenant une paire de sangles suspendues entre des rouleaux de façon à se déplacer, et des corps chauffants disposés à distance des sangles ; et une partie de sertissage à rouleau de filière comprenant un rouleau à corps élastique et un rouleau linéaire comportant, sur leur surface circonférentielle, des projections linéaires arrangées dans la direction circonférentielle.
