Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a method for molding a composite material capable of minimizing irregularities in regard to resin impregnation. [Solution] In a method for molding a composite material 130, the composite material is molded by injecting a resin 120 once a fiber base material 100 has been placed in a hollow cavity formed in a mold 110, and curing the resin. In the method for molding the composite material, wettability is improved in a portion 101 of the fiber base material, and the portion where wettability of the fiber base material has been improved is placed in a narrow space 115 in which there are fewer gaps that constitute the hollow cavity of the mold than in other locations.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de moulage d'un matériau composite apte à réduire au minimum les irrégularités en ce qui concerne l'imprégnation de résine. La solution selon l’invention porte sur un procédé de moulage d'un matériau composite (130). Le matériau composite est moulé par injection d'une résine (120) une fois qu'un matériau de base en fibre (100) a été placé dans une cavité creuse formée dans un moule (110), puis la résine est durcie. Dans le procédé de moulage du matériau composite, la mouillabilité est améliorée dans une partie (101) du matériau de base en fibre, et la partie où la mouillabilité du matériau de base en fibre a été améliorée est placée dans un espace étroit (115) dans lequel la cavité creuse du moule est constituée d'un plus petit nombre d'espaces qu'à d'autres emplacements.
(JA) 【課題】樹脂の含浸バラツキを抑制できる複合材料の成形方法を提供する。 【解決手段】複合材料130の成形方法は、金型110内に形成される空洞に繊維基材100を配置した状態で樹脂120を注入し、樹脂を硬化させて複合材料を成形する。複合材料の成形方法は、繊維基材の一部101で濡れ性を向上させ、金型の空洞を構成する隙間が他の箇所に比べて小さい狭隘部115に、繊維基材の濡れ性の向上した一部を配置する。
