Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a program capable of determining a machining condition suitable for a finish state after machining. The machining-condition determination program is for determining, in a computer device, a machining condition for machining of an edge portion of an object to be machined with a tool, the machine-condition determination program causing the computer device to function as: a target quality input receiving means (S3) for receiving an input of a target edge quality related to a target quality of the edge portion; and a specifying-element determining means (S5) for determining a positional-relationship specifying element suitable for the received target edge quality, on the basis of the correspondence between a positional-relationship specifying element for specifying the positional relationship between the tool position and the edge portion during machining, and a predicted post-machining edge quality which is predicted in a case where the edge portion is machined on the tool track such that the positional relationship specified by the positional-relationship specifying element is obtained.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un programme pouvant déterminer une condition d'usinage adaptée à un état de finition après usinage. Le programme de détermination de condition d'usinage est destiné à déterminer, dans un dispositif informatique, une condition d'usinage concernant l'usinage d'une partie bord d'un objet à usiner à l'aide d'un outil, le programme de détermination de condition d'usinage amenant le dispositif informatique à fonctionner : comme moyen de réception d'entrée de qualité cible (S3), destiné à recevoir une entrée d'une qualité de bord cible associée à une qualité cible de la partie bord ; et comme moyen de détermination d'élément de spécification (S5), destiné à déterminer un élément de spécification de relation de position adapté à la qualité de bord cible reçue, en fonction de la correspondance entre un élément de spécification de relation de position, destiné à spécifier la relation de position entre la position de l'outil et la partie bord pendant l'usinage, et une qualité de bord post-usinage prédite qui est prédite dans le cas où la partie bord est usinée sur la trajectoire d'outil de façon à obtenir la relation de position spécifiée par l'élément de spécification de relation de position.
