Abstract:
(EN) In this invention, mark locating members 80, 82 each including a plurality of marks having a specific relative positional relationship are arranged so as to bridge a first operating area R1 within which a first operating head 28a is moved and a second operating area R2 within which a second operating head 28b is moved. When an operation is carried out on a single base board SL that is being held in said state with the mark locating members bridging the two areas, at least one from among a position whereto the first operating head is to be moved by a first head moving device and a position whereto the second operating head is to be moved by a second head moving device during the operation is corrected on the basis of (i) the position of the marks present in the first area R1, which is measured on the basis of imaging data from a first imaging device 66a that is moved along with the first operating head and (ii) the position of the marks present in the second area R2, which is measured on the basis of imaging data from a second imaging device 66b that is moved along with the second operating head.
(FR) Dans la présente invention, des éléments de localisation de repères 80, 82 comprenant chacun une pluralité de repères ayant une relation de position relative spécifique sont agencés de manière à créer un pont entre une première zone de fonctionnement R1, à l'intérieur de laquelle une première tête d'actionnement 28a est déplacée, et une seconde zone de fonctionnement R2, à l'intérieur de laquelle une seconde tête d'actionnement 28b est déplacée. Lorsqu'une opération est effectuée sur une seule carte de base S L qui est maintenue dans ledit état avec les éléments de localisation de repères créant un pont entre les deux zones, une position vers laquelle la première tête d'actionnement doit être déplacée par un premier dispositif de déplacement de tête et/ou une position vers laquelle la seconde tête d'actionnement doit être déplacée par un second dispositif de déplacement de tête, pendant l'opération, est (sont) corrigée(s) sur la base (i) de la position des repères présents dans la première zone R1, qui est mesurée sur la base de données d'imagerie provenant d'un premier dispositif d'imagerie 66a qui est déplacé conjointement avec la première tête d'actionnement, et (ii) de la position des repères présents dans la seconde zone R2, qui est mesurée sur la base de données d'imagerie provenant d'un second dispositif d'imagerie 66b qui est déplacé conjointement avec la seconde tête d'actionnement.
