Abstract:
(EN) A winch assembly comprising a support structure (14), a drum (15) revolving about an axis (A); a cable (16) wound around the drum (15); an actuator assembly (10) coupled to the drum (15) to wind or unwind the cable (16) and configured to receive a first control signal (SC1), indicative of a desired pressure of a pump (21) of the actuator assembly (10), and/or a second control signal (SC2), indicative of a desired displacement of the pump (21); and a winch control device (13a) coupled to the actuator assembly (10) to control the winding and unwinding of the cable (16) and configured to determine the first control signal (SC1) and/or the second control signal (SC2) according to a measured speed of travel signal (S2) indicating the measured speed of travel of the tracked vehicle (1), a measured pulling force signal (FF) indicating the pulling force measured on the winch assembly (10), and one or more signals selected from the following group of signals: cable speed signal (S3), wound cable length signal (S7), desired pulling force signal (S4) set manually by an operator, signal (S5) from the measured angle of the arm (5) of the winch assembly (10) with respect to a direction of travel (D), and measured pressure signal (PF) indicative of a pressure measured in a high pressure branch of the hydraulic circuit (20) of the actuator assembly (17).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un ensemble treuil comprenant une structure formant support (14), un tambour (15) tournant autour d'un axe (A); un câble (16) enroulé autour du tambour (15); un ensemble actionneur (10) relié au tambour (15) pour enrouler ou dérouler le câble (16) et configuré pour recevoir un premier signal de commande (SC1), indicatif d'une pression souhaitée d'une pompe (21) de l'ensemble actionneur (10), et/ou un second signal de commande (SC2), indicatif d'un déplacement souhaité de la pompe (21); et un dispositif de commande de treuil (13a) relié à l'ensemble actionneur (10) pour commander l'enroulement et le déroulement du câble (16) et configuré pour déterminer le premier signal de commande (SC1) et/ou le second signal de commande (SC2) selon une vitesse mesurée du signal de déplacement (S2) indiquant la vitesse mesurée du déplacement du véhicule à chenille (1), un signal de force de traction mesurée (FF) indiquant la force de traction mesurée sur l'ensemble treuil (10), et un ou plusieurs signaux sélectionnés parmi le groupe suivant de signaux : signal de vitesse de câble (S3), signal de longueur de câble déroulé (S7), signal de force de traction souhaitée (S4) définis manuellement par un opérateur, signal (S5) de l'angle mesuré du bras (5) de l'ensemble treuil (10) par rapport à un sens de déplacement (D), et signal de pression mesurée (PF) indicatif d'une pression mesurée dans une ramification à haute pression du circuit hydraulique (20) de l'ensemble actionneur (17).
