Abstract:
(EN) A method for forming at least a first primary droplet (151) onto a primary fibre (100). The method comprises arranging a part of the primary fibre (100) into a reserve (205) of liquid or viscous polymer based material (200) such that that the primary fibre (100) extends through the reserve (205) and on both sides of the reserve (205). Thereafter, the primary fibre (100) and/or the reserve (205) are moved relative to each other such that a first part (111) of the primary fibre (100) moves out from the reserve (205) with a first primary velocity (v1,1), thereby forming a first primary layer (211) of the liquid or viscous polymer based material (200) onto the first part (111) of the primary fibre (100). Thereafter, the first primary layer (211) of the liquid or viscous polymer based material (200) is allowed to form a first primary droplet (151) onto the primary fibre (100) holding still the primary fibre (100) relative to the reserve (205) or moving the primary fibre (100) and/or the reserve (205) relative to each other with a first secondary velocity (v1,2) that is less than the first primary velocity (v1,1). In addition, a device for or forming at least a first1 primary droplet (151) onto a primary fibre (100).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'au moins une première gouttelette primaire (151) sur une fibre primaire (100). Le procédé comprend l'agencement d'une partie de la fibre primaire (100) dans une réserve (205) de matériau à base de polymère liquide ou visqueux (200) de telle sorte que la fibre primaire (100) s'étend à travers la réserve (205) et des deux côtés de la réserve (205). Ensuite, la fibre primaire (100) et/ou la réserve (205) sont déplacées l'une par rapport à l'autre de telle sorte qu'une première partie (111) de la fibre primaire (100) se déplace hors de la réserve (205) avec une première vitesse primaire (v1,1), formant ainsi une première couche primaire (211) du matériau à base de polymère liquide ou visqueux (200) sur la première partie (111) de la fibre primaire (100). Ensuite, la première couche primaire (211) du matériau à base de polymère liquide ou visqueux (200) forme une première gouttelette primaire (151) sur la fibre primaire (100) en maintenant immobile la fibre primaire (100) par rapport à la réserve (205) ou en déplaçant la fibre primaire (100) et/ou la réserve (205) l'une par rapport à l'autre avec une première vitesse secondaire (v1,2) qui est inférieure à la première vitesse primaire (v1,1). L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif pour former au moins une première gouttelette primaire (151) sur une fibre primaire (100).
