Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a control device (1) for a goods transport conveyor (100), which device has a processor (10) which generates control signals for at least one drive motor (350) of a transport section (110; 120; 130) of the goods transport conveyor (100), said motor operating in stop-and-go mode, wherein the processor (10) is configured in order to control the drive motor (350) by means of a forward phase and/or reverse phase, when the transport section (110; 120; 130) of the goods transport conveyor (100) stops, such that the torque (M(t)) produced by the drive motor (350) is reduced according to an adjustable stopping function. The processor (10) sets the stopping function in dependence of detected process data of the transport section (110; 120; 130).
(FR) Un dispositif de commande (1) destiné à un convoyeur de produit à transporter (100) comprend un processeur (10) qui génère des signaux de commande destinés à au moins un moteur d'entraînement (350), fonctionnant en mode marche/arrêt, d'une partie de transport (110; 120; 130) du convoyeur de produit à transporter (100). Selon l'invention, le processeur (10) est configuré pour commander, lors de l'arrêt de la section de transport (110; 120; 130) du convoyeur de produit à transporter (100), le moteur de commande (350) par coupure de phase ascendante et/ou coupure de phase descendante de sorte que le couple (M(t)), généré par le moteur de commande (350), est réduit selon une fonction d'arrêt réglable. Le processeur (10) ajuste la fonction d'arrêt en fonction de données de processus détectées de la section de transport (110; 120; 130).
(DE) Eine Steuervorrichtung (1) für einen Transportgutförderer (100) weist einen Prozessor (10) auf, der Steuersignale für zumindest einen im Stop-and-Go-Betrieb betriebenen Antriebsmotor (350) eines Transportabschnitts (110; 120; 130) des Transportgutförderers (100) generiert. Dabei ist der Prozessor (10) dazu konfiguriert, beim Anhalten des Transportabschnitts (110; 120; 130) des Transportgutförderers (100) den Antriebsmotor (350) so mittels eines Phasenanschnitts und/oder Phasenabschnitts anzusteuern, dass das vom Antriebsmotor (350) erzeugte Drehmoment (M(t)) gemäß einer einstellbaren Anhaltefunktion reduziert wird. Der Prozessor (10) stellt die Anhaltefunktion in Abhängigkeit von detektierten Prozessdaten des Transportabschnitts (110; 120; 130) ein.
