Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to the field of materials analysis by ionising radiation, in particular x-radiation or gamma radiation. The invention proposes a method for determining physical properties of a test sample (14) using a spectrometric detector (20) with at least three channels, consisting of: • performing measurements in each of the channels on the test sample, • calculating variables, each formed from a combination of measurements of different channels, • applying a weighting and bias matrix to the variables, enabling the investigated physical properties of the test sample to be determined.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte au domaine de l'analyse de matériaux par rayons ionisants, notamment X ou gamma. L'invention propose un procédé de détermination de propriétés physiques d'un échantillon à tester (14) mettant en œuvre un détecteur spectrométrique (20) à au moins trois canaux, consistant à : • réaliser des mesures dans chacun des canaux sur l'échantillon à tester, • calculer des variables, chacune formée d'une combinaison de mesures de différents canaux, • appliquer aux variables une matrice de pondération et de biais permettant de déterminer les propriétés physiques recherchées de l'échantillon à tester.
