The invention relates to a device (10) including: - a laser source (12), which emits a first beam (14) at a central wavelength λ1 comprised between 1010 nm and 1050 nm, - a spectral supercontinuum generator (22) downstream of the laser source (12), which generates a second beam (31) at a central wavelength λ2 comprised between 1670 nm and 1730 nm from a portion (16) of the first beam (14), - an optical parametric amplifying system (37) downstream of the spectral supercontinuum generator (22), which generates a third beam (72) at a central wavelength λ3 comprised between 2540 nm and 2690 nm from at least one portion of the second beam (31) and from a portion (28) of the first beam (14), and - a second harmonic generator (78) downstream of the optical parametric amplifying system (37), the second harmonic generator (78) generating a fourth beam (86) at a central wavelength λ4 comprised between 1270 nm and 1345 nm from at least one portion of the third beam (72).
