Abstract:
(EN) An injection device and method for producing at least one metallic glass part, in which a vertical piston (8) is able to move in a vertical direction, a top end portion (9) of the piston being suitable for being engaged in an injection chamber (4) of a mould linked to a cavity of this mould and open at the bottom; the piston (8) having a top end face (11) on which an element made from metallic glass (16) to be introduced into said chamber (4) can be positioned, the top face (11) of the piston (8) having a concave shape (12) suitable for receiving a bottom portion of the element made from metallic glass (16). A heating means (14) situated under the mould comprises induction coils (15), such that, when the piston is in an intermediate position, the majority of the metallic element is situated in the space surrounded by the induction coils.
(FR) Dispositif et procédé d'injection pour la production d'au moins une pièce en un verre métallique Dispositif et procédé d'injection pour la production d'au moins une pièce en un verre métallique, dans lesquels un piston vertical (8) est mobile selon une direction verticale, une portion supérieure d'extrémité (9) du piston étant apte à être engagée dans une chambre d'injection (4) d'un moule reliée à une empreinte de ce moule et ouverte vers le bas; le piston (8) présentant une face supérieure d'extrémité (11) sur laquelle peut être posé un élément en verre métallique (16) devant être introduit dans ladite chambre (4), la face supérieure (11) du piston (8) présentant une forme en creux (12) apte à recevoir une portion inférieure de l'élément en verre métallique (16). Un moyen de chauffage (14) situé au-dessous du moule comprend des spires d'induction (15), de sorte que, dans une position intermédiaire du piston, l'élément métallique est situé majoritairement dans l'espace intérieur aux spires d'induction.
