Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a container (1) for dispensing a frozen confection. The container (1) comprises a flexible pouch (2) and a removable sleeve (10). The pouch comprises a wall (4) delimiting a cavity containing the frozen confection and extending from a base end (6) to a dispensing end (5) of the pouch, wherein the dispensing end comprises a product outlet (8) through which the frozen confection can be extruded from the cavity. The removable sleeve (10) at least partly surrounds the wall (4) of the pouch (2) and is sufficiently flexible to allow transmission of manual force through the sleeve to deform the wall at least at the base end (6) of the pouch and thereby urge the frozen confection in the cavity towards the outlet and be extruded therefrom. The sleeve also has a retaining part (12a, 12b) releasably engaging the dispensing end (5) of the pouch to retain the pouch within the sleeve during extrusion of the frozen confection through the product outlet.
(FR) L'invention concerne un récipient (1) destiné à contenir une confiserie glacée. Le récipient (1) comprend une poche souple (2) et un manchon amovible (10). La poche comprend une paroi (4) délimitant une cavité contenant la confiserie glacée et s'étendant d'une extrémité de base (6) à une extrémité de distribution (5) de la poche, l'extrémité de distribution comprenant une sortie de produit (8) à travers laquelle la confiserie glacée peut être extrudée de la cavité. Le manchon amovible (10) entoure au moins partiellement la paroi (4) de la poche (2) et est suffisamment souple pour permettre la transmission d'une force manuelle à travers le manchon pour déformer la paroi au moins au niveau de l'extrémité de base (6) de la poche et pousser ainsi la confiserie glacée dans la cavité vers la sortie pour en être extrudée. Le manchon a également une partie de retenue (12a, 12b) venant en prise de manière libérable avec l'extrémité de distribution (5) de la poche pour retenir la poche à l'intérieur du manchon pendant l'extrusion de la confiserie glacée à travers la sortie de produit.
