Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device (1) for recovering heat from an exhaust gas which flows through an exhaust gas system (2) during operation of an exhaust heat source generating the exhaust gas. Here, the exhaust gas system (2) comprises at least one exhaust gas post-treatment device (3) and at least one heat exchanger assembly (4), wherein the heat exchanger assembly (4) is arranged downstream of and/or inside the exhaust gas post-treatment device (3) and the exhaust gas and the working fluid flow through the heat exchanger assembly (4) during operation of the exhaust heat source for transferring heat into a working fluid. The heat transfer assembly (4) further comprises a primary flow duct (6), which is surrounded by a secondary flow duct (5), and a heat exchanger element (7) arranged within the secondary flow duct (5), wherein a duct closure element (9) is arranged downstream of an outlet (8) of the primary flow duct (6) of the heat exchanger assembly (4), which duct closure element is used to control the volume flow through the primary flow duct (6) and/or the secondary flow duct (5).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) destiné à récupérer la chaleur d'un gaz d'échappement qui traverse un système de gaz d'échappement (2) pendant le fonctionnement d'une source de chaleur perdue produisant le gaz d'échappement. Ici, le système de gaz d'échappement (2) présente au moins un dispositif de post-traitement des gaz d'échappement (3) et au moins un ensemble échangeur thermique (4), l'ensemble échangeur thermique (4) étant disposé en aval et/ou à l'intérieur du dispositif de post-traitement des gaz d'échappement (3) et le gaz d'échappement et le fluide de travail traversant l'ensemble échangeur thermique (4) pendant le fonctionnement de la source de chaleur perdue pour transférer la chaleur dans un fluide de travail. En outre, l'ensemble échangeur de chaleur (4) présente un canal d'écoulement principal (6) entouré par un canal d'écoulement secondaire (5) et un élément échangeur de chaleur (7) disposé à l'intérieur du canal d'écoulement secondaire (5), un élément de fermeture de canal (9) étant disposé en aval d'une sortie (8) du canal d'écoulement principal (6) de l'ensemble échangeur de chaleur (4) et permettant de régler le débit volumétrique à travers le canal d'écoulement principal (6) et/ou le canal d'écoulement secondaire (5).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Wärmerückgewinnung aus einem Abgas, welches im Betrieb einer das Abgas erzeugenden Abwärmequelle ein Abgassystem (2) durchströmt. Hierbei weist das Abgassystem (2) mindestens eine Abgasnachbehandlungsvorrichtung (3) sowie mindestens eine Wärmeübertrageranordnung (4) auf, wobei die Wärmeübertrageranordnung (4) stromabwärts und/oder innerhalb der Abgasnachbehandlungsvorrichtung (3) angeordnet ist und die Wärmeübertrageranordnung (4) im Betrieb der Abwärmequelle zur Übertragung von Wärme in ein Arbeitsfluid von dem Abgas sowie dem Arbeitsfluid durchströmt wird. Weiterhin weist die Wärmeübertrageranordnung (4) einen von einem Nebenströmungskanal (5) umgebenen Hauptströmungskanal (6) sowie ein innerhalb des Nebenströmungskanals (5) angeordnetes Wärmeübertragerelement (7) auf, wobei stromabwärts eines Auslasses (8) des Hauptströmungskanals (6) der Wärmeübertrageranordnung (4) ein Kanalverschlusselement (9) angeordnet ist, welches der Regulierung des Volumenstroms durch den Hauptströmungskanal (6) und/oder den Nebenströmungskanal (5) dient.
