Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device for recovering heat from a heating fluid, having a heat exchanger assembly (1) comprising a main flow channel (3) which is surrounded by an auxiliary flow channel (2). At least one heat exchanger element (4), by means of which heat can be transferred from a heating fluid generated by a waste heat source into the working fluid flowing through the heat exchanger element (4) during the operation of the waste heat source, is provided within the auxilary flow channel (2). In addition, the heat exchanger element (4) has at least two components (5, 6), wherein in at least one section (7, 8) of the heat exchanger element (4), the material of a first component (5) of the heat exchanger element (4), through which first component the working fluid can flow, and the material of a second component (6) of the heat exchanger element (4), which second component increases the surface of the heat exchanger element (4), have different material properties.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de récupération de chaleur à partir d’un fluide chaud, présentant un dispositif échangeur de chaleur (1) doté d’un canal de circulation principal (3) entouré par un canal de circulation auxiliaire (2). À l’intérieur du canal de circulation auxiliaire (2) se trouve au moins un élément d’échange de chaleur (4) au moyen duquel au cours du fonctionnement d’un source émettrice de chaleur, de la chaleur peut être transférée d’un fluide chaud produit par la source émettrice de chaleur, à un fluide de travail qui traverse l’élément d’échange de chaleur (4). Par ailleurs l’élément d’échange de chaleur (4) présente au moins deux composants (5, 6). Dans au moins une section (7, 8) de l’élément d’échange de chaleur (4), le matériau d’un premier composant (5) de l’élément d’échange de chaleur (4), qui peut être parcouru par le fluide de travail et le matériau d’un second composant (6) de l’élément d’échange de chaleur (4), qui augmente la surface de l’élément d’échange de chaleur (4), ont des propriétés différentes.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Wärmerückgewinnung aus einem Heizfluid, aufweisend eine Wärmeübertrageranordnung (1 ) mit einem von einem Nebenströmungskanal (2) umgebenen Hauptströmungskanal (3). Hierbei ist innerhalb des Nebenströmungskanals (2) mindestens ein Wärmeübertragerelement (4) angeordnet, mittels welchem im Betrieb einer Abwärmequelle Wärme aus einem von der Abwärmequelle erzeugten Heizfluid in ein das Wärmeübertragerelement (4) durchströmende Arbeitsfluid übertragbar ist. Zudem weist das Wärmeübertragerelement (4) zumindest zwei Komponenten (5, 6) auf, wobei in zumindest einem Abschnitt (7, 8) des Wärmeübertragerelementes (4) der Werkstoff einer von dem Arbeitsfluid durchströmbaren ersten Komponente (5) des Wärmeübertragerelementes (4) und der Werkstoff einer die Oberfläche des Wärmeübertragerelementes (4) vergrößernden, zweiten Komponente (6) des Wärmeübertragerelementes (4) sich voneinander unterscheidende Werkstoffeigenschaften aufweisen.
