CLAIMS

1 . Method for manufacturing a device (1 ) for adapting a footwear (7) to the specific deformations of the foot of a user, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

- creating a first 3D scan of the weight bearing foot, a second 3D scan of the non-weight bearing foot, and a third 3D scan of the footwear (7), and sending the images obtained to a computer (8);

- determining the rubbing areas (6) between the foot of the user and the footwear (7) by means of superimposing the scanned 3D image of the footwear and the scanned 3D images of the weight bearing and the non-weight bearing foot, wherein said rubbing areas (6) are the areas in the 3D images of the weight bearing and the non-weight bearing foot that protrude from the volume of the scanned 3D image of the footwear;

- obtaining a final out-of-phase 3D image of the non-weight bearing foot, wherein the rubbing areas (6) in the 3D image of the non-weight bearing foot are moved out of phase until they reach an intermediate position selected between a minimum limit set by the 3D image of the weight bearing foot and a maximum limit set by a final out-of-phase 3D image of the footwear (7);

- separately obtaining, from the final out-of-phase 3D image of the nonweight bearing foot, the part of the heel (2) and the part of the forefoot (3) by means of a 3D printer (10) connected to the computer (8), and;

- fitting a flexible element (4) for joining together the part of the heel (2) and the part of the forefoot (3), obtaining in this way the device (1 ) to be placed in the footwear (7).

2. Device (1 ) for adapting a footwear to the specific deformations of the foot comprising a part of the heel (2) and a part of the forefoot (3) joined together by means of a flexible element (4), characterized in that the device (1 ) is obtained by the manufacturing method defined in claim 1 .

3. Device (1 ) for adapting a footwear to the specific deformations of the foot according to claim 2, characterized in that the part of the heel (2) and the part of the forefoot (3) have a reticulated structure.

4. Device (1 ) for adapting a footwear to the specific deformations of the foot according to claim 2, characterized in that the part of the heel (2) and the part of the forefoot (3) have a solid structure.
