Method for manufacturing a device for adapting a footwear to the specific deformations of the foot of a user, comprising the following steps: creating 3D scans of the foot in weight bearing and non-weight bearing positions, as well as of the footwear; determining the rubbing areas between the foot and the footwear by means of superimposing the scanned 3D image of the footwear and the scanned 3D images of the weight bearing and the non-weight bearing foot; obtaining a final out-of-phase 3D image of the non-weight bearing foot, wherein the rubbing areas in this image are moved out of phase until they reach an intermediate position selected between a minimum and a maximum limit; printing the part of the heel and the part of the forefoot from the final out-of-phase 3D image of the non-weight bearing foot. Finally, fitting a flexible element for joining together the part of the heel and the part of the forefoot.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif d’adaptation d’une chaussure aux déformations spécifiques du pied d'un utilisateur, comprenant les étapes suivantes : la création de balayages 3D du pied dans des positions en présence et en absence de charge, ainsi que de la chaussure ; la détermination des zones de frottement entre le pied et la chaussure au moyen de la superposition de l'image 3D balayée de la chaussure et des images 3D balayées du pied en présence et en absence de charge ; l’obtention d’une image 3D finale déphasée du pied en absence de charge, les zones de frottement dans cette image étant déplacées en phase jusqu'à atteindre une position intermédiaire sélectionnée entre une limite minimale et une limite maximale ; l'impression de la partie du talon et de la partie de l'avant-pied à partir de l'image 3D finale déphasée du pied en absence de charge. Enfin, le montage d'un élément souple destiné à l’assemblage de la partie du talon et de la partie de l'avant-pied.
