Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device for separating conglomerates that consist of materials of different densities, having a rotor chamber (11), in which a rotor shaft (12) is mounted so as to be rotatable about a vertical axis (40), on which rotor shaft (12) striking tools (20, 21, 22, 23) are arranged one beneath another in at least two planes (16, 17, 18, 19), which striking tools (20, 21, 22, 23) are set into rotational movement by the rotor shaft (12) such that the conglomerates filled into the rotor chamber (11) from above are captured and separated by the striking tools (20, 21, 22, 23). The invention proposes that the rotor chamber (11) widen conically downward, and that the outside radius of the striking tools (20, 21, 22, 23) increase from top to bottom such that the spacing (a) of the radially outer end edges (30) of the striking tools (20, 21, 22, 23) from the chamber wall (31) facing said striking tools (20, 21, 22, 23) is substantially the same in the individual planes during operation.
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif pour la séparation de conglomérats composés de matériaux de densités différentes, comprenant une chambre de rotor (11) dans laquelle un arbre de rotor (12) est logé en rotation autour d’un axe vertical (40), des outils de percussion (20, 21, 22, 23) étant disposés les uns en dessous des autres dans au moins deux plans (16, 17, 18, 19) sur ledit arbre de rotor (12), lesquels peuvent être mis en rotation par l’arbre de rotor (12) de telle façon que les conglomérats introduits d’en haut dans la chambre de rotor (11) sont happés et séparés par les outils de percussion (20, 21, 22, 23). Selon l’invention, la chambre de rotor (11) est élargie de manière conique vers le bas et le rayon extérieur des outils de percussion (20, 21, 22, 23) augmente vers le bas de telle façon que, en fonctionnement, la distance (a) entre les bords frontaux radialement externes (30) des outils de percussion (20, 21, 22, 23) et la paroi de chambre (31) leur faisant face est essentiellement égale dans les différents plans.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auftrennen von Konglomeraten, die aus Materialien unterschiedlicher Dichte bestehen, mit einer Rotorkammer (11), in der eine Rotorwelle (12) um eine vertikale Achse (40) drehbar gelagert ist, an welcher Rotorwelle (12) in wenigstens zwei Ebenen (16, 17, 18, 19) untereinander Schlagwerkzeuge (20, 21, 22, 23) angeordnet sind, die durch die Rotorwelle (12) in Drehbewegung versetzt werden derart, dass die von oben in die Rotorkammer (11) eingefüllten Konglomeraten durch die Schlagwerkzeuge (20, 21, 22, 23) erfasst und aufgetrennt werden. Gemäß der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, dass sich die Rotorkammer (11) nach unten konisch erweitert, und dass der äußere Radius der Schlagwerkzeuge (20, 21, 22, 23) von oben nach unten zunimmt derart, dass der Abstand (a) der radial äußeren Stirnkanten (30) der Schlagwerkzeuge (20, 21, 22, 23) zu der ihnen zugewandten Kammerwandung (31) in den einzelnen Ebenen im Betrieb im Wesentlichen gleich groß ist.
