Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a sliding surface (1) on a machine element (2), wherein the sliding surface (1) of the machine element (2) is provided for sliding contact with at least one further machine element, wherein first a coating (4) is applied to at least part of a surface of the machine element (2), and then a surface structure (3) is formed by a laser on at least part of the coating (4) in order to reduce friction, wherein the surface structure (3) comprises a plurality of elevations (7) which are formed by a local phase transition of the coating (4) by means of a laser. The invention also relates to a machine element (2) having a sliding surface (1) formed according to the above-mentioned method.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une surface de glissement (1) sur un élément mécanique (2), cette surface de glissement (1) de l'élément mécanique (2) étant destinée à assurer un contact glissant avec au moins un autre élément mécanique. Selon l’invention, un revêtement (4) est d'abord appliqué au moins en partie sur une surface de l'élément mécanique (2), puis une structure de surface (3) destinée à réduire le frottement est formée au moins en partie sur le revêtement (4) au moyen d'un laser, cette structure de surface (3) comprenant une pluralité de parties saillantes (7) qui sont formées au laser par une transition locale de phase du revêtement (4). L'invention concerne en outre un élément mécanique (2) pourvu d'une surface de glissement (1) produite selon ledit procédé.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Gleitfläche (1) an einem Maschinenelement (2), wobei die Gleitfläche (1) des Maschinenelements (2) für einen gleitenden Kontakt mit mindestens einem weiteren Maschinenelement vorgesehen ist, wobei zunächst zumindest teilweise eine Beschichtung (4) auf eine Oberfläche des Maschinenelements (2) aufgebracht wird, wobei danach zumindest teilweise eine Oberflächenstruktur (3) zur Reibungsreduzierung mittels Laser auf der Beschichtung (4) ausgebildet wird, wobei die Oberflächenstruktur (3) eine Vielzahl von Erhebungen (7) umfasst, die durch eine lokale Phasenumwandlung der Beschichtung (4) mittels Laser ausgebildet werden. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung auch ein Maschinenelement (2) mit einer Gleitfläche (1), die nach dem vorgenannten Verfahren ausgebildet ist.
