Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method and a heating device (1c) for inductively heating a stator (2) or armature (3) of an electric machine, particularly before and during trickle impregnation of the same. The invention further relates to an impregnating device (50), in which said heating device (1c) is integrated. According to the invention, heating is by inductive means using electromagnetic fields of differing frequencies. To this end, the heating device (1c) comprises at least one electromagnetic inductor (18, 21, 24) which is arranged coaxially or axially parallel with respect to the longitudinal axis (7) of the stator (2) or armature (3) and by means of which said stator or armature can be inductively heated, and the at least one inductor (18, 21, 24) is designed to generate at least two electromagnetic fields of different frequencies.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de chauffage (1c) permettant le chauffage par induction d’un stator (2) ou d’un induit (3) d’une machine électrique, en particulier avant ou pendant une imprégnation goutte à goutte de ces derniers. L’invention concerne en outre un dispositif d’imprégnation (50) dans lequel ledit dispositif de chauffage (1c) est intégré. Selon l’invention, le chauffage s’effectue par induction au moyen de champs magnétiques de fréquence différente. À cet effet, le dispositif de chauffage (1c) présente au moins un inducteur électromagnétique (18, 21, 24) qui est agencé coaxialement ou parallèlement à l’axe longitudinal (7) du stator (2) ou de l’induit (3) et qui permet de les chauffer par induction, et le ou les inducteurs (18, 21, 24) sont conçus pour générer au moins deux champs électromagnétiques de fréquence différente.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Erwärmungsvorrichtung (1c) zum induktiven Erwärmen eines Stators (2) oder Ankers (3) einer Elektromaschine, insbesondere vor und während einer Träufelimprägnierung desselben. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung eine Imprägniervorrichtung (50), in der diese Erwärmungsvorrichtung (1 c) integriert ist. Gemäß der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass das Erwärmen mittels elektromagnetischer Felder unterschiedlicher Frequenz induktiv erfolgt. Hierzu ist bei der Erwärmungsvorrichtung (1 c) vorgesehen, dass diese wenigstens einen elektromagnetischen Induktor (18, 21, 24) aufweist, welcher koaxial oder achsparallel in Bezug zur Längsachse (7) des Stators (2) oder Ankers (3) angeordnet ist und mittels dem dieser induktiv erwärmbar ist, und dass der wenigstens eine Induktor (18, 21, 24) zur Erzeugung von wenigstens zwei elektromagnetischen Feldern unterschiedlicher Frequenz ausgebildet ist.
