Abstract:
(EN) A colour film substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display panel, which are used for improving the manufacturing efficiency of the colour film substrate, thereby improving the manufacturing efficiency of the display panel. The method for manufacturing a colour film substrate comprises: providing a base substrate; and forming a black matrix layer (4) and a plurality of first sub-pixel units (3) on the base substrate, wherein the black matrix layer (4) and the plurality of first sub-pixel units (3) are manufactured by using a photoresist of the same material, the material of the photoresist comprises an irreversible temperature-change pigment, the photoresist turns black after being heated, and the colour of the photoresist before changing colour is the same as the colour of the first sub-pixel units (3).
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un substrat de film coloré, à un procédé de fabrication associé, et à un panneau d'affichage, qui servent à améliorer l'efficacité de fabrication du substrat de film coloré, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité de fabrication du panneau d'affichage. Le procédé permettant de fabriquer un substrat de film coloré consiste : à utiliser un substrat de base ; et à former une couche de matrice noire (4) et une pluralité de premières unités de sous-pixel (3) sur le substrat de base, la couche de matrice noire (4) et la pluralité de premières unités de sous-pixel (3) étant fabriquées à l'aide d'une résine photosensible du même matériau, le matériau de la résine photosensible incluant un pigment à changement de température irréversible, la résine photosensible devenant noire après avoir été chauffée, et la couleur de la résine photosensible avant le changement de couleur étant identique à la couleur des premières unités de sous-pixel (3).
(ZH) 一种彩膜基板及其制备方法和显示面板,用以提高彩膜基板的制备效率,进而提高显示面板的制备效率。该彩膜基板的制备方法,包括:提供一衬底基板;在衬底基板上形成黑色矩阵层(4)和多个第一子像素单元(3),其中黑色矩阵层(4)和多个第一子像素单元(3)采用相同材料的光刻胶制备而成,光刻胶的材料包括不可逆温变颜料,光刻胶受热后变成黑色,光刻胶未变色前的颜色与第一子像素单元(3)的颜色相同。
