(EN) Disclosed are an array substrate, a display panel and a display apparatus. The array substrate comprises a base substrate and a thin film transistor. An orthogonal projection, on the base substrate, of a drain electrode (230) of the thin film transistor does not extend beyond an orthographic projection, on the base substrate, of a gate electrode (110) of the thin film transistor.
