Abstract:
(EN) A substrate including a quantum rod film, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display panel. Quantum rod assemblies (141) included in the quantum rod film are sequentially arranged on a substrate, and light of different wavelengths can be obtained by means of adjusting the size of the quantum rod assemblies (141). The quantum rod film is equivalent to the combination of the polarizing layer and the colour filter layer in the prior art, thereby reducing the thickness of a display panel and also reducing the production cost. In addition, since the quantum rod has high light conversion efficiency, the utilization rate of light can be improved, so that the display panel has high colour gamut and high brightness.
(FR) L'invention concerne un substrat incluant un film de bâtonnets quantiques, un procédé de fabrication associé, et un panneau d'affichage. Des ensembles de bâtonnets quantiques (141) inclus dans le film de bâtonnets quantiques sont agencés séquentiellement sur un substrat, et une lumière de différentes longueurs d'onde peut être obtenue via un ajustement de la taille des ensembles de bâtonnets quantiques (141). Le film de bâtonnets quantiques équivaut à la combinaison de la couche de polarisation et de la couche de filtre de couleur dans l'état de la technique, réduisant ainsi l'épaisseur d'un panneau d'affichage et réduisant également les coûts de production. De plus, comme le bâtonnet quantique a une efficacité de conversion de lumière élevée, le taux d'utilisation de la lumière peut être amélioré, de sorte que le panneau d'affichage possède une gamme de couleurs élevée et une luminosité élevée.
(ZH) 一种包含量子棒膜的基板及其制作方法、显示面板,量子棒膜中包含的量子棒组装体(141)在基板上有序排列,同时可以通过调整量子棒组装体(141)的尺寸得到不同波长的光。量子棒膜相当于现有技术中的偏光层和彩色滤光层结合,因而降低显示面板的厚度同时降低生产成本。另外由于量子棒对光的转换效率很高,因此可以提高光的利用率,使得显示面板具有高色域和高亮度。
