Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for milling a workpiece (1) by means of at least one substantially polygonal cutting insert (2), which is arranged in a tool holder (3), wherein a spindle axis (S) of the tool holder (3) assumes an angle (y) of greater than 0° to a plane normal (N) to a machined workpiece surface (4), and wherein an effective setting angle (Keff) between a main cutting edge (5) of the cutting insert (2) and the machined workpiece surface (4) is between 0° and 20°.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de fraisage d’une pièce (1) avec au moins une plaquette de coupe (2) sensiblement polygonale, qui est disposée dans un porte-outil (3). Un axe de broche (S) du porte-outil (3) adopte un angle (y) supérieur à 0° par rapport à une normale au plan (N) d’une surface de pièce (4) usinée et un angle réglé effectif (Keff) entre une arête principale (5) de la plaquette de coupe (2) et la surface de pièce (4) usinée est compris entre 0° et 20°.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Fräsen eines Werkstücks (1) mit wenigstens einem im Wesentlichen polygonalen Schneideinsatz (2), welcher in einem Werkzeughalter (3) angeordnet ist, wobei eine Spindelachse (S) des Werkzeughalters (3) gegenüber einer Ebenennormalen (N) zu einer bearbeiteten Werkstückoberfläche (4) einen Winkel (y) von größer 0° einnimmt, und wobei ein effektiver Einstellwinkel (Keff) zwischen einer Hauptschneide (5) des Schneideinsatzes (2) und der bearbeiteten Werkstückoberfläche (4) zwischen 0° und 20° beträgt.
