Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method and/or device for improving the separation behaviors and performance of aqueous two-phase system (ATPS) for the isolation and/or concentration of one or more target analytes from a sample. In one embodiment, the present method and device comprise ATPS components within a porous material and one or more phase separation behavior modifying agents that improve the separation behavior and performance characteristics of ATPS, including but not limited to the increasing the stability or reducing fluctuations of ATPS thought the adjustment of total volume of a sample solution that undergoes phase separation, volume ratio of the two phases of the ATPS, fluid flow rates, and concentrations of ATPS components.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et/ou un dispositif pour améliorer les comportements de séparation et les performances d'un système à deux phases aqueux (ATPS) pour l'isolement et/ou la concentration d'un ou plusieurs analytes cibles à partir d'un échantillon. Dans un mode de réalisation, le présent procédé et dispositif comprend des composants ATPS dans un matériau poreux et un ou plusieurs agents modifiant le comportement de séparation de phase qui améliorent le comportement de séparation et les caractéristiques de performance de l'ATPS. Ces caractéristiques comprennent, mais de manière non exhaustive, l'augmentation de la stabilité ou la réduction des fluctuations de ATPS par le réglage du volume total d'une solution d'échantillon qui subit une séparation de phase, le rapport de volume des deux phases des ATPS, les débits de fluide et les concentrations de composants ATPS.
