Abstract:
(EN) Methods are provided for promoting cartilage growth and/or repair. The methods include, administering locally to a site in a subject in need thereof, bone marrow stromal cells attached to fibrin microbeads comprising crosslinked hyaluronic acid and thereby producing stable cartilage locally at the site in the subject.
(FR) L'invention concerne des méthodes permettant de favoriser la croissance et/ou la réparation du cartilage. Les méthodes consistent à administrer, localement au niveau d'un site chez un sujet qui en a besoin, des cellules stromales de moelle osseuse liées à des microbilles de fibrine comprenant de l'acide hyaluronique réticulé et à produire ainsi localement du cartilage stable au niveau du site chez le sujet.
