Abstract:
(EN) Methods for providing variation in nerve stimulation and methods for delivering patient-specific nerve stimulation to a patient are disclosed. The method of creating variation in nerve stimulation may include generating a sequence of a plurality of symbols; and generating a nerve stimulation signal represented by the sequence of symbols. In an aspect, the generated nerve stimulation signal is uniformly recurrent and non-periodic.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés permettant une variation de la stimulation nerveuse et des procédés pour administrer une stimulation nerveuse spécifique à un patient. Le procédé permettant une variation de la stimulation nerveuse peut comprendre la génération d'une séquence d'une pluralité de symboles ; et la génération d'un signal de stimulation nerveuse représenté par la séquence de symboles. Dans un aspect, le signal de stimulation nerveuse généré est uniformément récurrent et non périodique.
