Abstract:
(EN) Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) are commonly used to assess patients with known or suspected pathologies of the lungs and liver. In particular, identification and quantification of possibly malignant regions identified in these high-resolution images is essential for accurate and timely diagnosis. However, careful quantitative assessment of lung and liver lesions is tedious and time consuming. This disclosure describes an automated end-to-end pipeline for accurate lesion detection and segmentation.
(FR) La tomodensitométrie (TDM) et l'imagerie par résonance magnétique (IRM) sont couramment utilisées pour évaluer des patients ayant des pathologies connues ou suspectées des poumons et du foie. En particulier, l'identification et la quantification de régions éventuellement malignes identifiées dans ces images à haute résolution sont essentielles pour un diagnostic précis et rapide. Cependant, une évaluation quantitative soignée de lésions pulmonaires et hépatiques est fastidieuse et consommatrice de temps. La présente invention concerne un pipeline de bout en bout automatisé pour une détection et une segmentation précises de lésions.
