Abstract:
(EN) The present invention discloses cationic nucleic acid scavengers to effectively inhibit the activation of multiple nucleic acid sensing pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) to treat an inflammatory or immune response which is induced by a nucleic acid through the activation of the PRRs. The cationic nucleic acid scavengers include water soluble cationic polymers, cationic nanoparticles, and cationic micro-particles, and bind the nucleic acid in a manner that is independent of the sequences, structure or chemistry of the nucleic acid.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des piégeurs d’acide nucléique cationiques pour inhiber efficacement l’activation de récepteurs de reconnaissance de motif (PRR) de détection d’acide nucléique multiples pour traiter une réponse inflammatoire ou immunitaire qui est induite par un acide nucléique par l’intermédiaire de l’activation des PRR. Les piégeurs d’acide nucléique cationiques comprennent des polymères cationiques hydrosolubles, des nanoparticules cationiques, et des microparticules cationiques, et se lient à l’acide nucléique d’une façon qui est indépendante des séquences, de la structure ou de la chimie de l’acide nucléique.
