Abstract:
(EN) A method and apparatus for assigning addresses to components sharing a common bus. In one embodiment, an iterative elimination process is used to assign the addresses to each component. In another embodiment, each component includes a distance sensor that detects a distance to a front face of a calibration plank. Addresses are assigned to the components based upon the distance readings of the sensors.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil d'attribution d'adresses à des composants partageant un bus commun. Selon un mode de réalisation, un processus d'élimination itératif est utilisé pour attribuer les adresses à chaque composant. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, chaque composant comprend un capteur de distance qui détecte une distance jusqu'à une face avant d'une planche d'étalonnage. Des adresses sont attribuées aux composants en fonction des lectures de distance des capteurs.
