Abstract:
(EN) A surface acoustic wave resonant sensor for measuring a sample comprising a single port surface acoustic wave (SAW) resonator comprising an interdigital transducer (8) and at least one reflective grating (9). The sensor is provided with a region for receiving the sample (20), said region being in communication with the at least one reflective grating (9) and the IDT (8) is separated acoustically and electrically from the region for receiving a sample (20) such that the IDT (8) is not mass sensitive to the sample. The sensor is especially suitable for bio sensing applications.
(FR) L'invention concerne un capteur résonant à ondes acoustiques de surface permettant de mesurer un échantillon comprenant un résonateur à ondes acoustiques de surface (SAW) à port unique comprenant un transducteur internumérique (IDT) (8) et au moins un réseau réfléchissant (9). Le capteur comprend une zone permettant de recevoir l'échantillon (20), ladite zone étant en communication avec lesdits réseaux réfléchissants (9) et l'IDT (8) étant séparé acoustiquement et électriquement de la zone permettant de recevoir un échantillon (20) de telle sorte que l'IDT (8) ne soit pas sensible à la masse à l'échantillon. Le capteur est particulièrement approprié pour des applications de biodétection.
