Abstract:
(EN) Method for fabricating a product through additive manufacturing, comprising the steps; a) computing a first and optionally a second rendition of a digital three dimensional model, b) printing the first rendition with a thermoplastic composition by means of a CAM guided nozzle, the composition being a random or block polymer with 0.1 – 30 mol%, grafted sites for radical polymerisation, optionally irradiating the printed thermoplastic composition so that it cures, c) optionally printing the second rendition onto the first rendition, the second rendition being printed with a high resolution, the second rendition comprising a radiation curing monomer or oligomer printed with at least one inkjet nozzle, onto the printed thermoplastic composition, curing the monomer or oligomer is cured with itself and with the grafted sites of the thermoplastic composition with radiation energy. The invention also relates to use of a cross-linking thermoplastic composition.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un produit par fabrication additive, comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) le calcul d’un premier et éventuellement d’un second rendu d’un modèle tridimensionnel numérique, b) l’impression d'une composition thermoplastique sur le premier rendu à l’aide d’une buse guidée par CAM, la composition étant un polymère aléatoire ou séquencé comportant de 0,1 à 30 % en mole de sites greffés pour la polymérisation radicalaire, la composition thermoplastique imprimée étant éventuellement exposée à un rayonnement afin qu’elle durcisse, c) éventuellement, l’impression du second rendu sur le premier rendu, le second rendu étant imprimé à une résolution élevée, le second rendu comprenant un monomère ou un oligomère durcissant sous l'effet de l'exposition à un rayonnement, imprimé au moyen d'au moins une buse de jet d’encre sur la composition thermoplastique imprimée, le monomère ou l’oligomère étant durci par lui-même et par les sites greffés de la composition thermoplastique au moyen d'une énergie de rayonnement. L’invention concerne également l’utilisation d’une composition thermoplastique de réticulation.
