(RU) КОМПОЗИТНЫЙ ЭЛАСТИЧНЫЙ МАТЕРИАЛ ДЛЯ ЛЕПКИ И СПОСОБ ЕГО ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ
Abstract:
(EN) The invention can be used for children's creative activities, games, education, modelling and for developing fine motor skills. A composite elastic material comprises: a free-flowing polymeric material having fractions of from 0.005 to 0.1 mm and a fraction homogeneity of from 10 to 100% and being in the form of a granulated, finely dispersed, free-flowing polymeric material; a binding substance in the form of an agent with OH groups in a quantity of from 10 to 50% of the mass of the free-flowing polymeric material; a cross-linking agent in a quantity of from 0.5 to 10% of the mass of the agent with OH groups; and a plasticizing agent in a quantity of from 0.02 to 2% of the mass of the agent with OH groups. In order to produce the composite material, the binding substance is obtained by cross-linking the agent with OH groups, plasticizing and distributing same throughout the volume of the free-flowing material, and fixing the binding substance on the surface of the free-flowing material. The technical result is the production of a safe product combining the properties of a Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluid.
(FR) L'invention peut être utilisée pour la création enfantine, des jeux, l'éducation, le modelage et le développement de la motilité. Ce matériau élastique composite comprend un matériau polymère pulvérulent ayant une fraction de 0,005 à 0,1 mm et une uniformité de fraction de 10 à 100%, se présentant sous forme d'un matériau polymère pulvérulent granulaire à faible dispersion, une substance liante sous forme d'un agent comprenant des groupes OH dans une quantité de 10 à 50% de la masse du matériau polymère pulvérulent, un agent de réticulation dans une quantité de 0,5 à 10 % de la masse d'agent avec des groupes OH, et un agent plastifiant dans une quantité de 0,02 à 2 % de la masse d'agent avec des groupes OH. Afin de produire ce matériau composite, on obtient la substance liante en réticulant l'agent avec les groupes OH, puis on la plastifie et on la disperse dans le volume du matériau pulvérulent, et on fixe la substace liante à la surface du matériau pulvérulent. Le résultat technique consiste en la production d'un produit sans danger combinant les propriétés d'un liquide newtonien et non newtonien.
(RU) Изобретение может применять для детского творчества, игр, обучения, лепки, развития мелкой моторики. Композитный эластичный материал включает в себя сыпучий полимерный материал, имеющий фракции от 0,005 до 0,1 мм. и однородность фракции от 10 до 100%, представлен гранулированным мелкодисперсным сыпучим полимерным материалом, связующие вещество в виде агента с ОН-группами в количестве от 10 до 50% от массы сыпучего полимерного материала, сшивающий агент от 0,5 до 10% от массы агента с ОН-группами и пластифицирующий агент в количестве от 0,02 до 2% от массы агента с ОН-группами. Для создания композитного материала получают связующее вещество, путем сшивания агента с ОН-группами, пластифицируют и распределяют его по объему сыпучего материала, фиксируют связующеее вещество на поверхности сыпучего материала. Технический результат -получение безопасного продукта, сочетающего в себе свойства ньютоновской и неньютоновской жидкости.
