Title: PNEUMATIC FLOATING TYPE FLOWING CARRIER FILTERING DEVICE FOR AQUARIUM AND FLOWING CARRIERS
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pneumatic floating type flowing carrier filtering device in which a water stream discharge part (110), a filter body (120) and a water stream inlet (130) are sequentially connected from the top to the bottom, and air (gas) is supplied to the filter body (120) through an air supply part (140). Air (gas) induced by a water stream inducing end (113) that is formed to be in contact with the lower end of the upper surface of a water stream discharge housing (111) that constitutes the water stream discharge part (110) and air supplied by the air supply part (140) form the entire water stream inside the pneumatic floating type flowing carrier filtering device through the water stream inlet (130), the filter body (120) and the water stream discharge part (110), and the entire water stream enables water tank water (liquid), that is introduced from the interior of an aquarium to the pneumatic floating type flowing carrier filtering device (100), to be smoothly discharged back to the outside of the pneumatic floating type flowing carrier filtering device (100). Thereby, flowing carriers inside the pneumatic floating type flowing carrier filtering device circulate by means of air supplied by an air supply device and are cleaned by colliding with each other such that the outer surface of the pneumatic floating type flowing carrier filtering device is kept clean and is prevented from clogging, and thus the carriers do not need additional cleaning. Also, internal spaces of the carriers are protected and thus there is an effect of providing spaces for inhabitation of various bacteria helpful in filtering including aerobic bacteria. Furthermore, the present invention simultaneously performs a primary physical filtering by means of a sponge filter on the lower end of the pneumatic floating type flowing carrier filtering device and a secondary biological filtering by means of filtering bacteria inhabiting the inside of pneumatic floating type carriers which are positioned on the upper end of the sponge filter and circulate, thereby having an effect of providing a filtering function that is efficient compared to conventional filtering methods.
