The present invention relates to an integrated radiator in which a high temperature radiator and a low temperature radiator are integrated with each other, and thermal shock caused by the different operation temperatures thereof can be alleviated. A heat transfer restriction means, which restricts heat transfer from a first heat exchange medium of the high temperature radiator to a second heat exchange medium of the low temperature radiator, is spaced apart from a separation baffle, which separates a header tank of the high temperature radiator from a header tank of the low temperature radiator. The heat transfer restriction means including a plurality of baffles adjusts the flow rate of the first heat exchange medium, which passes through a tube of a high temperature region (H) adjacent to a low temperature region (L), to be relatively smaller, thereby reducing the temperature difference with the low temperature region (L), and ultimately, the thermal shock caused by the temperature difference between the high temperature region (H) and the low temperature region (L) can be alleviated.
