Abstract:
(EN) Provided in the present invention are a thin plate-type heat pipe using a pipe body and a method for manufacturing same, comprising the steps of: manufacturing a circular pipe by cutting a metal pipe material; press-processing the circular pipe while a moving frame is inserted into the circular pipe to form a plurality of protrusions on the inner surface of the circular pipe, so as to form a throttle way between the plurality of protrusions; forming a wick space by press-processing the circular pipe while the moving frame is inserted into the circular pipe; arranging, in the wick space, a fiber wick comprising aramid fiber which has been reformed to be hydrophilic; forming a housing by closing the two ends of the circular pipe while the fiber wick is arranged; and injecting, into the housing, a working fluid flowing through the throttle way through an injection port, rendering the inside of the housing into a vacuum state through the injection port, and then sealing the injection port.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un caloduc du type plaque mince utilisant un corps de tuyau et son procédé de fabrication, comprenant les étapes consistant à : fabriquer un tuyau circulaire par découpe d'un matériau de tuyau métallique ; traiter à la presse le tuyau circulaire pendant qu'un cadre mobile est inséré dans le tuyau circulaire pour former une pluralité de saillies sur la surface interne du tuyau circulaire, de façon à former un chemin d'étranglement entre la pluralité de saillies ; former un espace de mèche par traitement à la presse du tuyau circulaire pendant que le cadre mobile est inséré dans le tuyau circulaire ; agencer, dans l'espace de mèche, une mèche de fibre comprenant une fibre aramide qui a été reformée pour être hydrophile ; former un boîtier par fermeture des deux extrémités du tuyau circulaire pendant que la mèche de fibre est agencée ; et injecter, dans le boîtier, un fluide de travail s'écoulant à travers le chemin d'étranglement par un orifice d'injection, amener l'intérieur du boîtier dans un état de vide à travers l'orifice d'injection, puis sceller de manière étanche l'orifice d'injection.
