Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a vertical probe pin and a probe pin assembly comprising same. The present invention provides a probe pin used for a probe pin assembly comprising a first support body having a first through-hole formed therein, a second support body having a second through-hole formed therein, and a plurality of probe pins, the probe pin comprising: a head portion; a tip portion for contacting an object to be inspected; and a body portion which is positioned between the head portion and the tip portion, and which is elastically deformed when pressure is applied to the tip portion. The tip portion has a first side surface and a second side surface facing the first side surface. A tip portion alignment bump is formed on the first side surface of the tip portion so as to protrude from the first side surface toward the inner surface of the second through-hole such that a part of the tip portion is aligned inside the second through-hole, with the second side surface remaining closer to the inner surface of the second through-hole than the first side surface. The body portion has a smaller thickness and a larger width than the head portion and the tip portion. The transverse center line of the body portion is biased toward the second side surface from the transverse center line of the tip portion.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une broche de sonde de type vertical et un ensemble de broches de sonde comprenant ladite broche. La présente invention concerne une broche de sonde utilisée pour un ensemble de broches de sonde comprenant un premier corps de support à l’intérieur duquel est formé un premier trou traversant, un second corps de support à l’intérieur duquel est formé un second trou traversant, et une pluralité de broches de sonde, la broche de sonde comprenant : une partie tête; une partie pointe destinée à entrer en contact avec un objet à contrôler ; et une partie corps qui est positionnée entre la partie tête et la partie pointe, et qui est déformée élastiquement lorsqu'une pression est appliquée à la partie pointe. La partie pointe présente une première surface latérale et une seconde surface latérale opposée à la première surface latérale. Une bosse d'alignement de la partie pointe est formée sur la première surface latérale de la partie pointe de manière à faire saillie de la première surface latérale vers la surface intérieure du second trou traversant de telle manière qu'une partie de la partie pointe est alignée à l'intérieur du second trou traversant tandis que la seconde surface latérale reste plus près de la surface intérieure du second trou traversant que la première surface latérale. La partie corps présente une épaisseur plus petite et une largeur plus grande que celles de la partie tête et de la partie pointe. La ligne centrale transversale de la partie corps est sollicitée vers la seconde surface latérale à partir de la ligne centrale transversale de la partie pointe.
(KO) 본 발명은 수직형 프로브핀 및 이를 구비한 프로브핀 조립체에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 제1 관통구멍이 형성된 제1 지지체와 제2 관통구멍이 형성된 제2 지지체 및 복수의 프로브핀을 포함하는 프로브핀 조립체에 사용되는 프로브핀으로서, 헤드부, 피검사체에 접촉하는 팁부 및 헤드부와 팁부 사이에 위치하며, 상기 팁부에 압력이 가해지면 탄성 변형되는 몸체부를 포함하는 프로브핀을 제공한다. 상기 팁부는 제1 측면 및 상기 제1 측면에 대향하는 제2 측면을 구비하며, 상기 팁부의 제1 측면에는, 상기 제2 측면이 상기 제1 측면에 비해서 상기 제2 관통구멍의 내면에 더 가까운 상태로 상기 팁부의 일부가 상기 제2 관통구멍 내부에서 정렬되도록, 상기 제1 측면에서 제2 관통구멍의 내면을 향해서 돌출된 팁부 정렬 범프가 형성된다. 그리고 상기 몸체부는 상기 헤드부 및 팁부에 비해서 두께가 얇고, 폭이 넓으며, 상기 몸체부의 폭 방향 중심선은 상기 팁부의 폭 방향 중심선으로부터 제2 측면 방향으로 치우친다.
