Abstract:
A method of generating a magnetic resonance image according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes acquiring a magnetic resonance signal by applying an imaging pulse sequence for multiple slices to an object, acquiring a free induction decay (FID) signal by applying a calibration pulse sequence with a phase-inverted refocusing pulse for one of the multiple slices to the object, subtracting the FID signal from the magnetic resonance signal, and generating a magnetic resonance image on the basis of the magnetic resonance signal from which the FID signal is subtracted.
