Title: METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POROUS METAL SUPPORT COATED WITH POROUS OXIDE FILM, AND POROUS METAL SUPPORT MANUFACTURED THEREBY
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous metal support coated with a porous oxide film, and a porous metal support manufactured thereby. More specifically, provided is a manufacturing method for forming a porous oxide film on the surface of a metal porous body, manufactured by a freeze-casting process, by an anodizing process using an electrolyte solution to which an alcohol solvent has been added. Therefore, in the present invention, the fluidity of the electrolyte solution is increased due to the alcohol solvent in the electrolyte solution, and thus the porous oxide film can even be formed inside pores. Moreover, precipitates do not accumulate inside the pores even after the anodizing process, and thus a decrease in porosity can be controlled. Furthermore, the porous metal support has high biocompatibility such that cell proliferation can occur without difficulty, and thus the porous metal support can be applied as an implant.
