Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a technology regarding a method for manufacturing a heat insulator for heat insulation for a compartment of a ship or the like, the method comprising: a cutting step of cutting an original heat-insulator plate with a desired width and at a desired cutting angle so as to make a heat-insulating material; an adhesive applying step of causing an outer covering to be unwound and to pass between adhesive applying rolls such that an adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the outer covering; a provisional bonding step of placing the heat-insulating material on the outer covering, which has an adhesive applied thereto, so as to provisionally bond same; an outer covering cutting step of cutting the outer covering such that the heat-insulating material moving in a provisionally bonded condition constitutes a set unit, measuring the distance between the rear end of the front set and the front end of the rear set, and cutting the middle part therebetween; an outer covering overlapping step of folding ends of the outer covering that has been cut and attaching same to the upper surface of the heat-insulating material; a compressing step of pressing the upper surface of the heat-insulating material, which has the outer covering attached thereto, so as to increase the adhesion between the outer covering and the heat-insulating material; and a drying step of curing the adhesive by a hot air stream while passing through a tunnel-type drying furnace.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une technologie concernant un procédé de fabrication d'un isolant thermique pour l'isolation thermique concernant un compartiment d'un navire ou similaire, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une étape de coupe consistant à couper une plaque brute d'isolant thermique présentant une largeur souhaitée et selon un angle de coupe souhaité de façon à fabriquer un matériau d'isolation thermique ; une étape d'application d'adhésif consistant à amener un matériau de gaine à se déplier et à passer à travers un rouleau d'application d'adhésif de telle sorte qu'un adhésif est appliqué sur la surface intérieure du matériau de gaine ; une étape de liaison provisoire consistant à placer le matériau d'isolation thermique sur le matériau de gaine, sur lequel est appliqué un adhésif, de manière à les lier provisoirement ; une étape de coupe de matériau de gaine consistant à couper le matériau de gaine de telle sorte que le matériau d'isolation thermique se déplaçant dans une condition de liaison provisoire constitue une unité d'ensembles, à mesurer la distance entre l'extrémité arrière de l'ensemble avant et l'extrémité avant de l'ensemble arrière, et à couper la partie centrale de celui-ci ; une étape de chevauchement de matériau de gaine consistant à plier une extrémité du matériau de gaine qui a été coupé et à fixer celle-ci à la surface supérieure du matériau d'isolation thermique ; une étape de compression consistant à presser la surface supérieure du matériau d'isolation thermique, auquel est fixé le matériau de gaine, de façon à augmenter l'adhérence entre le matériau de gaine et le matériau d'isolation thermique ; et une étape de séchage consistant à durcir l'adhésif au moyen d'un courant d'air chaud tout en amenant celui-ci à passer à travers un four de séchage de type tunnel.
(KO) 본 발명은 선박 등의 격실에 대한 단열을 위한 단열재의 제조방법에 관련되는 기술로서, 단열재 원판을 원하는 폭 및 절단각도로 잘라 상기 단열소재를 만들도록 하는 컷팅단계; 상기 외피재가 풀리면서 접착제도포롤을 통과되게 하여 상기 외피재의 내측면에 접착제가 도포되게 하는 접착제 도포단계; 접착제가 도포된 상기 외피재에 상기 단열소재를 올려 가접합이 이루어지도록 하는 가접합단계; 가접합 상태로 이동되는 상기 단열소재를 세트단위를 이루도록 상기 외피재를 커팅하도록 하되, 전방 세트의 후단과 후방 세트의 전단과의 거리를 측정하여 그 중간부분을 자르도록 하는 외피재 커팅단계; 커팅된 외피재의 끝단을 접어서 상기 단열소재의 상면에 부착시키도록 하는 외피재 오버랩단계; 외피재가 부착된 상기 단열소재 상면을 눌러 상기 외피재와 상기 단열소재간 접합력이 증대되도록 하는 압착단계; 터널식 건조로를 통과되게 하면서 열풍으로 상기 접착제가 경화되게 하는 건조단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
