Abstract:
(EN) A disclosed fiber-based textile dye-sensitized solar cell comprises a photoelectrode member, a counter electrode member, and a hole transport layer. According to a disclosed method for manufacturing the fiber-based textile dye-sensitized solar cell, the photoelectrode member has a photoelectrode layer formed by adding titanium dioxide to a photoelectrode layer conductive fabric having a metallic conductive fiber formed in a textile form such that the photoelectrode member can be flexibly bent, and the counter electrode member has a counter electrode layer formed by adding platinum carbide to a counter electrode layer conductive fabric having a metallic conductive fiber formed in a textile form such that the counter electrode member can be flexibly bent, and thus, when compared with a conventional dye-sensitized solar cell to which a glass substrate is applied, the fiber-based textile dye-sensitized solar cell is relatively lightweight and flexibly bent so as to be changeable into various shapes and also has excellent drape property, which is the characteristics of beauty, for forming the exterior of clothing such that the fiber-based textile dye-sensitized solar cell can be applied to fiber and clothing products.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une photopile sensibilisée par un colorant textile à base de fibre, comprenant un élément de photoélectrode, un élément de contre-électrode et une couche de transport de trous. Selon un procédé de fabrication de la photopile sensibilisée par un colorant textile à base de fibre, l'élément de photoélectrode comporte une couche de photoélectrode formée en ajoutant du dioxyde de titane à un tissu conducteur de couche de photoélectrode comprenant une fibre conductrice métallique formée sous une forme textile de telle sorte que l'élément de photoélectrode peut être plié de manière flexible, et l'élément de contre-électrode comporte une couche de contre-électrode formée en ajoutant du carbure de platine à un tissu conducteur de couche de contre-électrode comprenant une fibre conductrice métallique formée sous une forme textile de telle sorte que l'élément de contre-électrode peut être plié de manière flexible. Par conséquent, comparée à une photopile sensibilisée par un colorant classique sur laquelle un substrat en verre est appliqué, la photopile sensibilisée par un colorant textile à base de fibre est relativement légère et pliée de manière flexible de façon à pouvoir être modifiée selon diverses formes, et possède également une excellente propriété de drapé, qui est la caractéristique esthétique, de façon à former l'extérieur d'un vêtement de telle sorte que la photopile sensibilisée par un colorant textile à base de fibre peut être appliquée à des produits à base de fibres et des vêtements.
(KO) 개시되는 섬유기반의 직물형 염료감응 태양전지는 광전극 부재와, 상대전극 부재와, 정공수송층을 포함한다. 개시되는 섬유기반의 직물형 염료감응 태양전지 제조 방법에 의하면, 상기 광전극 부재는 유연하게 휘어질 수 있도록 금속성 전도성 섬유가 직물 형태로 형성된 광전극층 전도성 원단에 이산화티타늄이 부가되어 광전극층이 형성되고, 상기 상대전극 부재는 유연하게 휘어질 수 있도록 금속성 전도성 섬유가 직물 형태로 형성된 상대전극층 전도성 원단에 탄소 백금이 부가되어 상대전극층이 형성됨으로써, 종래의 유리 기판이 적용된 염료감응 태양전지에 비해 상대적으로 가볍고 유연하게 휘어져 다양한 형태로 변형 가능함과 함께 의복의 외형을 이루는 아름다움의 특성인 드레이프성도 우수하여 섬유 및 의류 제품에 적용될 수 있게 되는 장점이 있다.
