Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a novel manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a non-woven fabric which has excellent wiping ability, and in which a lattice-shaped three-dimensional pattern is clearly formed without a decrease in the smooth texture of the non-woven fabric; a novel manufacturing apparatus that can implement the manufacturing method; and a novel non-woven fabric manufactured thereby and having excellent wiping ability and an elegant external appearance. According to the present invention, provided are a method for forming a lattice-shaped three-dimensional pattern on a non-woven fabric, wherein the method is characterized by comprising the steps of: transporting a non-woven fabric on top of a net body which has a rectangular mesh and is transported forward by being installed on a conveyer belt; forming a lattice-shaped three-dimensional pattern by pressing the non-woven fabric on to the net body by generating a suctioning force on a lower side of the net body while spraying warm air on the non-woven fabric being transported on top of the net body; and winding the non-woven fabric on which the lattice-shaped three-dimensional pattern has been formed, an apparatus used for same, and a non-woven fabric, on which a lattice-shaped three-dimensional pattern is formed, manufactured thereby.
