Abstract:
(EN) The present invention proposes a valve assembly in which a flow direction of fluid is controlled according to a slope angle and a large amount of fluid can be moved. A valve body (10) of the valve assembly of the present invention comprises: a pair of inlet/outlets (12, 14) in which an internal path (18) through which fluid can pass is provided, which are formed at positions facing each other, respectively, through which fluid can flow in and out, and which is formed to be relatively long in the horizontal direction than the vertical direction; and a plurality of roller seating portions (13, 15) which are formed in inner portions of inlet/outlets, respectively. In addition, the valve body is provided with a plurality of connecting portions (17A, 17B) which communicate with the pair of inlet/outlets and connect so that fluid can flow between an inside and an outside of the valve body. In addition, opening and closing rollers (16A, 16B) control the flow of the fluid from the inside of the valve body to the connecting portion by being seated on or separated from the roller seating portion by buoyant force according to a slope of the valve body. The opening and closing rollers (16A and 16B) are prevented from moving to the roller seating portion on the other side by flowing only within a predetermined range due to the stopper (19).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un ensemble soupape dans lequel une direction d'écoulement d'un fluide est commandée selon un angle d'inclinaison et une grande quantité de fluide peut être déplacée. Un corps de soupape (10) de l'ensemble soupape selon la présente invention comprend : une paire d'entrées/sorties (12, 14) dans lesquelles un trajet interne (18) à travers lequel un fluide peut passer est prévu, qui sont formés à des positions se faisant face, respectivement, à travers lesquelles un fluide peut s'écouler vers l'intérieur et vers l'extérieur et qui est formé pour être relativement long dans la direction horizontale par rapport à la direction verticale ; et une pluralité de parties d'assise de rouleau (13, 15) qui sont formées dans des parties internes des entrées/sorties, respectivement. De plus, le corps de soupape est pourvu d'une pluralité de parties de raccordement (17A, 17B) qui communiquent avec la paire d'entrées/sorties et se raccordent de telle sorte qu'un fluide puisse s'écouler entre un intérieur et un extérieur du corps de soupape. En outre, des rouleaux d'ouverture et de fermeture (16A, 16B) commandent l'écoulement du fluide depuis l'intérieur du corps de soupape jusqu'à la partie de raccordement en étant assis sur la partie d'assise de rouleau ou séparés de celle-ci par une force de flottabilité en fonction d'une pente du corps de soupape. Les rouleaux d'ouverture et de fermeture (16A, 16B) sont empêchés de se déplacer vers la partie d'assise de rouleau de l'autre côté en se déplaçant uniquement dans une plage prédéfinie en raison de la butée (19).
(KO) 본 발명은 경사각도에 따라 유체의 흐름 방향이 제어되고 많은 양의 유체의 이동이 가능한 밸브어셈블리를 제안한다. 본 발명 밸브어셈블리의 밸브바디(10)는, 내부에는 유체가 통과할 수 있는 내부통로(18)가 구비되고, 서로 대향하는 위치에 각각 형성되어 유체가 출입할 수 있고 상하보다 수평방향으로 상대적으로 길게 성형된 한 쌍의 출입구(12,14)와, 상기 출입구의 내측부분에 각각 형성된 다수의 롤러안착부(13,15)를 구비한다. 그리고 한 쌍의 출입구와 연통하고, 밸브바디 내부와 외부 사이에서 유체가 흐를 수 있도록 연결하는 다수의 연결부(17A,17B)가 구비되어 있다. 그리고 개폐롤러(16A,16B)는 밸브바디의 경사에 따라서 롤러안착부에 부력에 의해 안착되거나 이격됨으로써, 밸브바디의 내부에서 상기 연결부로의 유체의 흐름을 단속한다. 이러한 개폐롤러(16A,16B)는 스토퍼(19)에 의하여 일정 범위 이내에서만 유동함으로써 다른 측의 롤러안착부로 이동하는 것이 방지된다.
